Photographer’s Note
You can see the Band-e- Amir and its landscape from a distance.
In Dari (Persian) Band means Dam and Amir (Arabic) means Prince or Knight etc.
The Local people is calling this Band-e-Amir, because they belive that Imama Ali (Fourth Khalif of Sunni & Other Fiqh of Muslims & First Imam of Shia Fiqh also famous with name Amir ul Momineen) came here and asked the water to stop. And you can see that the water is stopped a little bit higher than the barrier.

Hi Muhammed,
I like your point of view, giving a good impression of the place!
Well composed, with good use of different layers... Strong foreground interest adds a goods feeling of depth!
Inclusion of the people takes care of the human interest, but I'm not sure what they are doing... maybe camping?
Regards,

Hi Muhammed,
Very nice capture showing the local people actitity at the lake. The view is just stunning. I like how the blue lake contrast with the arid and impressive cliffs on the background.

Hi Muhammed,
I have somehow always asociated Afghanistan with barren landscapes. Nice to see greenery and water. Beautiful background. Excellent POV. Nice note as well.
