Photographer’s Note
Band e Ameer is a chain of five natural dams situated 4 hours drive away from the city of the Buddhas of Bamian. The average depth of one of the dams is said to be about 80 meters while the blue glittering color of the water is thanx to the mineral present in the water.

Hadi, this is one of the most spectacular pictures I have seen of these lakes. The colour of the water is beautiful and the long shadows on the background mountains gives them solidity. I also like the way the dark shadowy curve in the foreground frames the scene.

Such a beautiful place... the shot is very well composed, it gives a fantastic view over this beautiful land. I love the turquoise blue of the water... can you swim in it?
Very nicely seen and captured.
Just one personal preference: I prefer images without names or titles on them, but that is just my personal thing.
