A very impressive landscape photograph of the Bamian Valley, Hadi. The sharpness and contrast are very good - perhaps that is where you have improved the image (actually I couldn't see much difference except that the frame you have used for this one is much better than the original). By the way, you are supposed to upload this as a Repost instead of a new post, and explain the difference, but as you are relatively new to TrekEarth, you probably haven't caught up with all the 'rules' yet ;) For me, I am glad to have had the opportunity to catch this the second time around. Hi Hadi,

very nice picture with the majestic mountains, the old village, the fields in the valley with the grey earth and of course the hole where there once was a statue.
At least they couldn't destroy the hole, so the shadow is still alive.

Hadi, I have paged through your gallery and it is great. I will be back after this critique. Your shots depict a vast and perhaps mostly empty land, beautiful haunting and steeped in history. I think there is probably plenty to write home about, your shots are very different that what is seen in the news. I am sure it is harsh and unforgiving compared to other places and you are doing a fine job. This shot is really grand, nice capture.
