Hi Mario
This is an awesome shot! Well done.
It's very dramatic. You got the focus perfectly on the beast's opening mouth. The dolphins on the background give information about the surrounding environment.
I hope you would add more information about how you managed to get the shot (from behind a huge aquarium glass or by diving with that water-beast).

You were the right man on the right place on the right time. Nice composition, nice colours.
A thin (white) line in the frame between black and blue could be an improvement.

I would have categorized that as "Decisive Moment". Well captured. That gaping maw is a striking subject.
