New year's eve Antarctica's way. All the equipage went on the ice to celebrate the new year.

Belle photo peu usuelle :D

Nice photo, very good compo by placing the huge boat next to the in comparison, very small people on the left side. Well balanced. Nice sky, good exposure. The shot would have been better if you captured the whole boat, and did not cut off it's top. The crop/framing on the left side is also a bit tight. Sharpness could be improved a little, but is quite fine!
Good contrast between the red, white and grey-blueish sky.
Well done.

Great color contrast between the red ship and the surroundings. The people add a great sense of scale to the image. Excellent photo!

I think this is a great shot that exemplifies the hugeness of this ship. I love how you have composed this. THis is a trip I would be interested in taking
Cheers
Mark

Hi Antoine,
Wow what a way to spend New Years Eve! Certainly what you call getting away from it all.

Nice image. Adding the human element really shows how big this ship is. One thing's for sure, if I told my wife we're going on a cruise plying our way through thick ice she'd want me to get my head examined. She's not much of an explorer as I am. Oh well... - Mike O.

Salut Antoine,

Salutations.
Alonso

Simplemente espectacular, da envidia poder tomar fotos asi:

Bonjour Antoine
Merci
Pierre
