This picture was taken from the scientific ice-breaker Nathaniel B. Palmer during a work-cruise between Christchurch (New-Zealand) and MacMurdo Base in Antarctica. Antarctica is a majestic place and at the same time a very fragile continent.

I really like the sharp angles of the near iceburg, compared to the smoother, rounded snow of the background mountains. It almost looks like a little city of square white buildings on top of the iceburg. I'd like more notes, like what you were doing in this part of the world. It looks like you took this photo from a boat?
Salut Antoine,
Amicalement
Eric /.
Hello Antoine,
Superbe photo d'iceberg, mon rêve...
Alain
Interesting ice formations with lots of sharp edges. As the photo has very low contrast, I tried to make some adjustments to improve it. Check out the workshop.

Hi Antoine.
What a spectacular icescape, looks like a gigantic battlecruiser. the WS level correction is fine, I was about to suggest the same.
