Photographer’s Note
A few streets from the city centre development was a lot further behind. I wonder what has happened to the promise of Harare now. It had a real chance to be an example to other African countries.

I like some elements of this shot, but to be honest Tuc, NOTHING about this shot says Africa to me. I can't see any element that places the shot in Africa, or in Zimbabwe. (not that I have been to either, but honestly, this street corner could be in small town America, or in Myanmar.
What I do like about the shot was your wide-angle approach, and the traffic light in particular.
Why i think it's a yellow, it cause the area on the right is so dark we've lost detail, there is no center of interest to hold my eye.
