Only four points (well, I guess you have some critiques that will return with smileys) but still not nearly enough attention for this shot.

As you say, the lighting is wonderful, and his stance is very appropriate for your title.

I like how he is surrounded by others behind him, but isn't covering anybody's face. Excellently composed.

Tell me Pascal,
Is there always such a delicate warm light in Africa, or did you always go out just before the sunset?
The sharp focus on the determined face of the little boss and the soft bokeh with the "poor victims" make a superb child compo from your favourite places. The color cast is splendid.
