The cental building (Capitol) looks like an Art Nouveau building and the picture gives us a fine view in this quite unknown town close to the so well known waterfalls.

Hi, Achim -

I remember this general scene, although not this particular building. It's a good composition, but it looks like it suffers in the web translation. I did a small WS with Levels to show you what I mean. You could argue that I overdid it a bit, but the harsh light is Africa.
