Photographer’s Note
The Entebbe Zoo (aka Uganda Wildlife Education Centre) isn't bad as zoos go. The animals are all rescued from poachers or injury. There are given a reasonable amount of space. But... some animals just don't belong in cages. Monkey are social animals, and this beautiful red-tail monkey seemed very lonely.
P.S. This was from the 2nd day of shooting with my new d70. I'm very happy with the image quality.

great colors and focus on his head... i like this shot very much! the background colors complement nicely the color of the monkey;-) well done!

It's VERY warm and little sad, indeed. I agree with eleparc about colors and focus. I like very much too. Great.
