Photographer's Note
In US Organic food is expensive but it is the most abundant type of food one finds in lush green Uganda. Colorful road side market dots all major roads outside the main cities and the prices of this healthy alternative are really low. I was attracted by the beautifully contrasting colors, tipped the market lady and went on one knee to take the shot.

I clearly remember how beautifully items were display in the Uganda markets. Wonderful colours. Nicely composed.
