| One of my greatest experiences so far: gorilla trekking in Southwest Uganda. It is expensive, but most definately worth it. A permit to do a trekking is 500 USD and only 8 people are allowed to go per day per gorilla group. We had found them quite fast, after one hour of trekking through the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We were allowed to stay one hour with them. the group of Nkaringo has two silverbacks and we stood there 5 meters away from them. |
