It looks ike it might be a nice view, but there are lots of things in the way. Too much clutter for a foreground focus. Also, there is a lot of grass and sky. These are not the interesting parts of a shot and could be cropped out. I'd suggest you get closer to the lake.
While the aliased levels in the sky are interesting, it's not very realistic (and realism is what this site is about - try TrekLens if you like more PP :). I don't know how it's happened, but you may have converted to an indexed image (.gif perhaps) before saving as a jpeg. What this does is to restrict your palatte of colours to 255 colours, so gradual gradients such as the sky look worst as they require lots of colours to look natural.
I've done a workshop to try to crop a more view from this shot. However, most of the detail left is in the grass at the front, so the quality of what is left when the grass is removed is not great :)
