Kitgum, Northern Uganda - a region of terrible conflict, as the Lord's Resistance Army continue to abduct children and force them to fight against the UPDF. Tales of brutality, torture, rape and murder abound. And in the middle of it I found this wise old gentleman.

Pido is an Acholi tribesman, about 60 years old. He earns a small wage as Watchman at the Kitgum Town College.
