This picture was taken NE of Hammamet between Nabeul and Korba.
Fennel bulbs are used in many recipes throughout Tunisia.

Bonjour Paul,
Magnifique prise de vue lors de la culture de fenouils avec les gens en pleine action. Je me souviens lors de mon passage la-bas que les terres étaient des plus fertiles dans ce coin au Nord de la Tunisie. Bonne composition, excellente perspective et superbe couleurs. J'espère que tu as passé de bonne vacances et que la température n'était pas trop froide à ce temps de l'année.
