Thermes d'Antonin, Antonin baths, ancient Carthage, part of the Bisantium empire.
The second photo of this series, ruins of Carthage in Tunisia. The ground level was where the columns start. Everything else used to be under the ground.
100 slaves worked there.
In the background you can see the very blue in these places Mediterranean sea.
I suppose, the presence of people emphasizes that this place is still alive, even though they are tourists!
About the photo: I rotated the image a little to make the sea level straight, increased the sharpness and saturated the colors - everything just a little.
