This is a detail of one of the doors I found in the Berber village of Takrouna. I found it very interesting and original. Also different from most part of the doors in Tunisia. I took it from the terrace of a very typical café situated in front. Below this level there's a wall and the streets here are quite narrow, so it's hard to get the door completely and in good conditions. Anyway, I guess I got the most interesting part that is the top.

It was a shame the street was so narrow. I can only imagine the old worn step. The colour and the peeling paint on the door itself looks great and the old cracked walls are interesting too. The fish give it doorway character too. The photo is lovely and sharp which give us an opportunity to see the finer details. Thank you for sharing.

Hello Anabela, nice picture. Good muted colours so typical of this area. You have captured an interesting doorway with it's cracks and decorative fish. Too bad the street was so narrow, this is where a wide angle lens is good, but alas, most cameras can't have them.
