Photographer’s Note
One thing I really apprecciate in Tunisia is this blue colour that is present everywhere, even in the statues. This one represent three mermaids and it's situated in one of the most touristic places of Hammamet, near the Medina and the beach.

Ana, you are right about the blue... it so lovely and its everywhere (at least, I notice that in all the photos that I´ve seen so far).
Lovely mermaids, I like the POV and the sun, how is playing as well with the blue and gives a different tone of it.
Beautiful serie of Tunisia!
Saludos, Paula.

Hi Ana,
The blue in the statues looks superb against the blue of the sky. Well seen. Capturing the little bit of the sea, mountains and the two people to the left makes for a fantastic photo. Thank you for sharing.
Cheers,
Debbie

This is quite fascinating. I wonder what story it illustrates?
I like the colour and texture of this shot and the inclusion of a bit of background helps to locate it on the planet for the rest of us.

Hi Ana!
This is the first statue of a female creature in a predominantli Muslim state, I think! Nice sharp photo! I like the place because of the sea and can go without the mermades...

Great job! the contrast of the blue colors in the statue and the sky hurts the eyes! but adds a nice effect.
