Amusing! Nicely seen. It's probably better to remove the half-person on the right as 'it' is not complete and is a little bit distracting. If you have another picture with the complete person, it would be even better to include him/her as it would give a perspective to the very informative picture. Colors are nice, btw.

Quite a funny find, Anne! Also, very nice colors and lines in your composition. Taking Ken's suggestion even further, it might be even more amusing to have the "stop hemmorroïde ici" sign tilted downwards and pointing to a fully visible person on the right ;-)
