Photographer’s Note

This is one of my favorite photo from Togo, Africa.
I find the facial expression of these two young boy priceless: they are shy and at the same time delight to be photographed.
This cleary sets the mood for all the children in the little village of Agou Nyogbo Agbetiko - where I worked for two weeks with Espace Sociale (Franco-Togolese humanitairian/development agency) and a few other young people from ISB to rehabilitate a kindergarten school.

Un excellent portrait plein de vie et de joie avec les deux enfants très bien décentrés dans l'image et ce bon vieux tableau noir comme fond d'image. Très beau travail photo.

j'ai surfé dans ta galerie et trouve cette photo très intéressante, par sa composition et l'expression amusée des 2 garçons, pas raidis devant l'objectif.

bravo pour ton investissement dans cette école auprès des enfants, rien que pour cela la photo aurait mérité de nombreux commentaires, les enfants semblent si joyeux;
quelle est le nom de l'association

Thanks for your visit earlier - and belated welcome to TE.

This one is great capture you can immediately tell the boys are shy but as you say willing and the textured background is perfect. I wish I could understand the French to see what they are teaching them ;o)

Hi Anne,

Their postures are a bit stiff, but their smile are just so candid. Even though they do not have uniform, it looks like they are very happy at the school.
