Au Togo, sur la route qui mène à Dapaong, nous nous sommes arrétés pour proposer un bout de chemin à un groupe de porteuses d'eau qui... terminaient leur parcours.
Dur labeur mais cela n'empêche pas notre héroine du jour de sourire.

Taff work to bring home running water eventhough the smile is contagious.
We proposed a ride but it was her last meters.

Always smiling. Not many points but a great shot nonetheless. Lions, elephants, Mt. Kilimanjaro, etc., etc... Many think they are the "classic" views of Africa, and they may be, but this, for me, is the classic view. I had a choice of doing the animal Africa or the people Africa and I chose the people option. I am extremely glad I did and would choose the same if I had to do it again (hoping I have too).
