Hello Tobias,

Fabulous definition, colors and composition. If you had not mentioned it, I would have assumed it was a full size bull elephant. So you took the photo of the African elephant in the Serengeti, and just a month ago. It's a very impressive photograph. Congratulations and warm regards.

Ein cooles Bild von dem Elefanten. Er ist super platziert auf deinem Bild und die Perspektive gefällt mir auch echt gut. Schöner Kontrast und gute Belichtung (war hier wohl nicht leicht, so viel dunkel und hell), die Schärfe ist auch gut.
Vielleicht hätte ich Richtung oben rechts noch mehr Platz gelassen , aber sonst ein echt super Bild!
Der einfach kleine Rahmen passt gut dazu und "stealt dem Motiv nicht die Show" ;-)

They are lovely animals, in spite of the touch of prehistoric looks!
They seem friendly since they don't have many natural enemies because of the pure size, this is probably a young fellow...

He does look quite young and is enjoying the water. You have framed it perfectly with the space on the right for him to look into. Excellent detail captured in his wrinkled skin. Well done

Thanks for the visit to my gallery.But,in Portugal the language is Portuguese not Spanish, but I understand Spaniard.You can always use yahoo translate Portuguese.German is very difficult for the Portuguese, but the English is easy.
To go to the Tanzânia is a dream for me, but difficult, because is a trip of many (€).
A very good capture of this handsome beast despite his missing tusk.Makes a nice foil for the elephant in this well balanced composition. Good natural clarity and very good clarity that enables us to see clearly the folds in the skin.
