My first lioness
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
In the first 2 days of my Safari trip I used mainly telephoto lens because I thought I need always to catch the animal from close. Just when I saw the first lioness this telephoto lens temporarily broke down, maybe because of the heat.
At that time I thought it was a disaster, but now I think it happened for the best, since some of my best photos from that Safari came from my wide-angel lens. |

Shalom ALon,
This lioness looks like a nice doemsitc cat, she looks so peaceful. HEr colour is nicely contrasted against the trees and sky. Its amazing you got her so close given a short range lens.
So where in France do you live?
Regards
Daniel
Hi alon
Very good shot
The landscape is beautiful !
Nico
Muy buena resolución y colorido. Que estará pensando en animal?
Creo que si hubieras recortado un poco la foto quedaría mejor, pero es una sugerencia.
Beautiful wild life shot. The sky is very nice, the animal well positionned. Good work.
Hello,
My name's Nick, you commented upon my photo "Morning Rise" a few days ago. Due to that I took the opportunity to look at your photos.
Fantastic photo! Well done on getting so close to such an animal!

Shalom Alon,
A magnificient shot you have here Alon. The lioness almost hidden among the grass, the treelines in the background and the cloudworks. The sum effect is bigger than the totality of subjects, in this scene. At this wide angled scene, it works better than just a telepotrait of the lioness Alon.
