[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this little bus for a 2 hour ride and I consider it a miracle that I survived the trip. I had the privilege to sit next to the driver as that was absolutely the only space left in the little bus – it might have been a world record actually of people fitting in a tiny bus – The unfortunate thing about my seat was –not only was I kind of sitting on the chauffeur’s lap, but I could tell from his dashboard that none of the meters was working and we were going downhill a lot; it was a true joyride!
The chauffeur dropped me on this stretch of the way as it was flat, he preferred not to stop when going downhill...I watch the fully booked bus drive off as he takes the next turn and I stay there with a memorable experience covered in a cloud of dust.

J'aime bien le dynamisme de cette photo, avec le personnage au chapeau orange en equilibre sur le toit et bien placé dans l'image. Le contraste est interessant entre l'énorme nuage de poussière et la petite zone épargnée en haut à droite.

well, the one thing I can say Sabine is that I am glad it has left you with a momorable experience... and experience that is hard to come by. This photo is a real treasure. I cannot imagine that car to be anymore full than it already is. A great photo and something to remember for many years to come.

La fumée provenant de la piste, cette route qui nous emmène..
