During a visit of a local village we met the village "doctor". As you can see on the picture he writes on sand and he gives the patient his suggestion to get better.

Very interesting picture.
Nice composition. I like the kids in the background and I am glad you've included them.I wish you did not cut the head of the man who is sitting near the doctor. It is the biggest flaw of this picture in my opinion.
