[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I met this male cheetah in Serengeti national park.
I looked at him for quite a while. after a failure hunting attempt of an antelope that was too far to catch properly with my lens, the cheetah moved towards a small hill just next to us, climbed it, and didn't stop looking at us, like observing the next potential victim.
Cheetah is the fastest cat in the world, but they get tired after 150 meters. That’s why they need to be not more than 60 meter from their potential dinner, and only one out of four hunting attempts succeeds.
Not many cheetahs left worldwide because the lions and leopards are their first enemy.

Very nice, center of attentian is the cheetah. Cropping around and removing unnecessary details might improve your photo. I tried a WS to give an idea.

Good work here. However, without making a crop, I would have slightly tallied the principal subject towards the left. The idea to leave an open space in the direction where the animal looks at is an effective technic. Perhaps it misses another secondary element at the composition, something of naturalness as a shrub would be welcome. The sky is also without interest. Good work in general.

Hi Alon,
this is an amazing picture! very nice captured! and a great DoF too.
cheers,
Martin
