[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An experimental photo, taken on the gorgeous Pongwe Beach, that I think came out quite nice.

NI and saved for web.

Elena encouraged me to include this explanation:

The shutter speed was approx 15 seconds and I told the girl to keep the arms in each position for approx 2 seconds, and move them quickly from step to step, tic tac, sort-of like a (slow) clock... We took heaps of other varieties as well, standing in one position for 7 seconds then shifting to another for the remaining shutter time...

The movement is great and the blue tones helps the theme! Excellent!

It's definately experimental, but one I like (reminds me of Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights video), the arm trails are very well done, a bit of rotation to the image to straighten the horizon would improve the overall image would make a big difference, but it's a good picture without a doubt.

bravo Edvard! in indian mythology, we have this goddess DURGA with ten hands to carry ten weapons...ultimate woman power. perfect woman, perfect shot! very philosophical must say. congrats again!

Getting ready to fly. could you please explain a little bit about how you managed to produce this photo?

tres bel effet également dans cette composition...les ombres chinoises sont bien reussies...l'athmosphère est très bien ressentie et est très sympa...bon et beau travail...bravo....amicalement BI
