Photographer’s Note
A lioness jumped onto our 2nd jeep in the crater! It was taken early in the morning not long after sunrise so was still a bit chilly. We were told the lions liked the heat from the bonnet of the jeep as well as the sun on them to keep them warm. It was a bit scary though being being that close to the lions!
