In the second day of the safari the second stop was Serengeti National Park.
We came across a Chita family havıng a feast with an impala. There were even cups unfortunately my eyes were not sharp enough to see them but still a priceless experience.
The Serengeti National Park is a Tanzanian national park in the Serengeti ecosystem in the Mara and Simiyu regions.
The park covers 14,750 km2 of grassland plains and savanna as well as riverine forest and woodlands. The park lies in the north of Tanzania, bordered to the north by the Kenyan border, where it is continuous with the Maasai Mara National Reserve. To the southeast of the park is the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, to the southwest lies Maswa Game Reserve, to the west are the Ikorongo and Grumeti Game Reserves, and to the northeast lies the Loliondo Game Control Area. Together, these areas form the larger Serengeti ecosystem.
Human habitation is forbidden in the park with the exception of staff for the Tanzania National Parks Authority, researchers and staff of Frankfurt Zoological Society, and staff of the various lodges and hotels. The main settlement is Seronera, which houses the majority of research staff and the park's main headquarters, including its primary airstrip (from Wiki).

A very good capture of these wild animals. How far away were you when you took this picture?

a very natural composition here, rare in TE. Like the tress of blood in the face which justify the atmosphere. Great catch indeed. A 300mm catch, so, you were not in a great distance from the chitah!

Wow! What a shot! Really impressive capture executed with brilliant sense of the moment. Classy composition based on the rules looks very interesting and fits to the scene. Excellent pic!

I saw 2 chitas only in a big cage inside a farm in Namibia (Oscar & wild) they were brothers and I touched the head of one of them and we stay with them inside the cage. I would prefer to see them free, but..
very nice view you got here, the animal is well visible here and well positioned in this framing. TFS.

Wow! Awesome capture of this beauty in its natural habitat. I like the composition, leaving plenty of room to run into. Good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.
