I like much the shade of the characters, who looks like Chinese shades. Interesting unusualy light.

A very striking image, B+W is a good choice. Great reflection and shape.
It worries me a little that the horizon (water level) is not quite horizontal, so I will left you a workshop (if I can work out how).
Not that there is much to improve with this image!
