Hi Merv.
The composition here is rather chaotic. Too much of what's just in front of you, not enough view (the title is not suitable, IMO). I think you should come closer to the barrier, to show more of the depth and space that was your reason to visit this place. I can see even here, that the patches of light and shadow and the clouds could award you with wonderful shots. If you wanted to show other visitors, I'd suggest not placing them in the centre of the frame. Something in the bottom left corner should be removed.
