This is the view looking across Camps Bay beach, Cape Town in South Africa. It's stunningly beautiful scenery with mountains bordering beaches and the Benguela cold ocean current in the Atlantic Ocean flowing northwards past the Cape of Storms/Good Hope. This was my first trip to Cape Town on my own and I was able to get some photographs of the scenery. It doesn't feel like one is really in South Africa, but more like some really relaxed first world country. So many foreign tourists frequent these areas that I had trouble asking for directions as everyone was foreign!!! The weather is very changeable and unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the Atlantic for the first time!

Nice work, Paul. Cape Town is my birth town and you captured Camps Bay beautifully. The water is always cold there especially if you are used to your side of the country.
Cheers,
Irmgard
