[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hout Bay harbour, about 30 kms from Cape Town city, not only provides shelter to the Cape fishing boats within the region, but is also home to many private yachts normally used by their owners over weekends. I liked the mood of tranquility, with the water being particularly still, providing a vivid blue reflection of the clear sky.

your notes are useful Grant and the picture does convey a peaceful feeling...the framing looks too tight though and i think that a wider view might enhance the 'mood of tranquillity' you mentioned ;)
