You are right about being too close on two counts. Firstly it can be bad for your health and secondly not having the eyes in the picture spoils the image for me.
I do like the overall framing, with the plants around the face and the mouth being very much the centre of attention, but the eyes would have made a huge difference.
Still you survived to become a member of TE. Welcome aboard
