Zebra’s are closely related to horses and donkeys. Their black and white striped patterns are unique to each individual. The stripes are believed to be camouflage devices that help zebras hide well in the grass. Zebras as very social animals and live in groups called harems. Zebras sleep standing up preferably when they are in groups that can warn them of danger.
