Table Mountain is known for its rich biodiversity and is home to over 1 500 species of plants. At its highest point, Table Mountain reaches 1 085m (3 560ft).
Here you can see the bright lights of the city laid out at the foot of this mountain.

Hello WAnda ,

beautiful view of the table Mountain, amazing how the flat it is. Fantastic evening shot. But the real surprise is to be on the top. It is real world wonder.

I like this kind of shot with the so special mood given just after sunset. You caught this nicely through a good setting for exposure, balancing sky and earth and sea.
From this point of view, it is obvious to understand the name of this mountain. It is giving the wish to come and visit this town.
I like the bonus given by the boat.
For the composition, perhaps a too big part given to the rocks in foreground. A panoramic crop could perhaps also give an interesting result.

Hello Wanda - I like the mood of this shot, peaceful and far away from the bustling city. The necklace of lights and ship tell of the urban development of the foreshore and city but the splendour of the natural environment is the priority here. Nicely managed shot. Warm regards rosemary

The 30 second exposure has given on impressive result. The milky water effect and the lights of the city make this a special image. Not a location I have seen too often on Trekearth. Cheers, Marlene

You're capturing well this landscape by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the Table Mountain seen from opposite shore with rocks, cityscape with light-up in its foot and the calm ocean. And, the sailing ship in the distance draws out a good atomosphere in this image as well as the sky dyed to setting sun.

this is a beautiful coastal image. the composition is excellent with the rocks in the foreground. the profile of table mountain really stands out here against the light coloured sky. i love the lights of cape town all around the base of the mountain. a great long exposure picture.
