Photographer’s Note
Muizenberg is one of the famous beach resort of the Cape Peninsula and was a popular holiday resort in the early-20th century.
Some areas of Muizenberg are still largely Victorian character and show evidence of the wealth of this era.
The beach is dotted with some charming colourfully painted Victorian bathing huts.

Just see that you are collecting a new country in your list. You visit a very nice country which is also on my favourite list.
A fine night shot of this coloured architecture. Excellent exposure and composition. Very sharp.
Best wishes,
Achim

Well seen. In the Netherlands you can see exactly the same thing. So being 300 years apart they kept some history.

Hi Kris, it's a wonderfull pic ! it's so fresh ! it's so reconforting in our european winter... Strong colors and blue sky make us feel better. The minimalism of the composition points out the simplicity of the place. Well done
