Photographer's Note

Mossel Bay, on South Africa's south coast, is halfway between the two big coastal cities of Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. This was a replenishing point for many of the 15th century Portuguese seafarers who rounded the Cape. This morning, when I took the photo, there were clear signs of a cold front moving in from the west.
