Protea Neriifolia (Oleander leaf)

Forms a small tree/large shrub from 3 to 5 mt high.

Like a number of other Protea flowers, ranges in colour from pink to creamy-green, with a black fringe that intergrades to white. Again, produces a highly scented nectar attracting birds and insects alike.

Occurs on sandstone-derived soils in the southern coastal mountain ranges of South Africa, between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
Found at altitudes ranging from sea level to 1300 metres.
