Photographer’s Note

This was at the end of a hot day in Durban. Only one Flamingo opted to stand in the spot of sun light that was penetrating the tree cover.

Great work, the dull presence of the other flamingoes provides background interest without distracting from the focal point.

Fantastic picture , Compliments , that spot light on that Flamingo gives a very good atmosphere to this shot , also colours and reflections are fine .

I like how the one flamingo stands out but you can see the others in the background.
I think it would be a stronger photo if you cropped out some of the left side, at least to the first flamingo that is showing.

By the way I clicked on your map view and it located your photo in Sudan. You probably need to put a minus sign before the latitude.
