These boys were waiting for the local swimmingpool to open. In South Africa there is still a big difference between the poor people and the rich people.
As you can see buy these boys clothes they either swim in underwear or even nude.
I was saying rich and poor people. But to be honest it is between the rich white people and the poor black people.
