| It's early in the morning, about seven o'clock, ine the town of Mombali, a four hours drive inland from the capital Freetown. I have just finished breakfast, and had a cigarette together with the night watchman who has guarded the house I stayed in during the night. Through the palms I can see the mist slowly rising from the ground as the sun comes with the first rays of light. For me this was a magic moment that I never will forget. |
