Great composition! The two chairs are perfectly positioned to provide a sense of balance to each other - one facing left and the other facing right. Wonderful colour and contrast too, especially the way the clouds stand out in the sky. Nicely done!

C'est marrant parce que j'ai une drôle d'impression en regardant cette photo... un côté très figé accentué par ton PP !? J'aime beaucoup la chaise au premier plan et son ombre qui donnent un côté graphique et le ciel en arrière plan est vraiment beau.

Excellent geometry here, Sebastien, POV is outstanding, even in such tropical surroundings a photographer is able to find some lines to play with!:) Light-wise, it seems an HDR, or a pseudo-HDR from differently exposed RAW... any way, a beauty!

bonjour sebastien ,
le POV bas et descriptif sur cette terrasse d'hotel (je presume) est parfaitement agencé, le graphisme des chaise en bois gris et le plancher s'opposant fortement au bleu du cielet de l'ocean , on dirait presque un montage.

Bonjour, Sébastien. Une photo remarquablement construite avec ces deux chaises idéalement placées dans la composition. Le contraste entre le gris du bois et les bleus est remarquable. Ton point de vue bas met bien l'accent sur les lignes. La texture du bois est reamrquablement rendue.

So, some people live like this, eh? OK, I'll collect myself and focus on the photo rather than the bitter truth that I'm here. The low POV is really great. The chairs look inviting, the sharpness is very good - I can even feel the rough surface of the wooden deck beneath my feet - and the different tones of blue are delicious. Congrats, it is really a good photo and you are a good photographer (despite being a cruel, heartless person who keep torturing us with these shots!) :PPPP

je me suis permis de lire quelques critiques, car je voulais savoir si tu t'expliquais sur "j'ai parfois tendance....."
j'ai lu ainsi ton échange avec Bwiti - c'est marrant...parce que autant j'aime le travail de ce jeune homme, autant je ne comprends pas qu'il aurait préféré cette photo avec la présence d'une personne ! surtout qu'apparemment tu l'avais sous la main cette jeune femme...mais très sincèrement tu as bien fait de prendre cette photo ainsi, c'est merveilleusement dépouillé - c'est du bon , du très bon -
