Photographer’s Note

I took this picture with a disposable waterproof camera so the quality isn't the best.

The point is that with the days getting shorter I love looking at this shot of Anse Soleil in the south of Mahé, the main Island of the Seychelles.

Beaches there are "anse" and each has a lovely name, like paradise or silver spring (source d'argent) ... This one is named after the sun and I find this picture is reflecting this as I find it a bit overexposed (I can now say it was intentionally overexposed ;-) . It isn't easy to get there but what a reward ! There is a nice little restaurant which terrace is covered in sand. How nice ! And on the beach a nice hotel, the Beachcomber (it is rare to see a hotel located that close to the beach)

I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
