Diapo Fujichrome 200 asa ; African fight (wrestling) traditional, in a small village on the West of Dakar. The demonstration begins in the beginning of after noon, to finish after the nightfall. Dances, presentations(displays), preparations and the young boys can fight ; someone said to me in Casamance that two young fighters who will have fought the one against the other shall have to remain friends during their life. I do not know if it's true for all the territory.

an imiage right in the spirit of TE, didier! good sharpness, good exposure, the colors look natural. however, in a shot like this i would like to see the face of at lest one of the wrestlers. then again, you might blind him with your flash (it seems, you have used flash here), in essenece, interfering in the fight. a difficult situation to capture efficiently and not being too intrusive.

C'est hier même que j'ai vou un espectacle comme ça ici, à ma ville (Zaragoza, Espagne), dans le cadre d'unes journées de culture senegalaise. J'aurais bien voulu être au pied du sable et prendre une photo comme la votre!
