This is also very sensitive and full of messages. Amazing the boy at the center dancing in his pyjamas; just to celebrate the arrival of water ! Fascinating the little boy to his left, trying to imitate him !
How luckwe are in our comfortable houses, and whch kind of problems the world still faces !

Toujours ce sens de la fête et cette joie de vivre...mais pour un évènement si important ici, c'est bien naturel! Beau noir et blanc(j'aurais quand même bien aimé voir la version originale certainement très colorée)

Et bein, c'est de l'année dernière, et moi, j'ai cru d'abord, que tu es partie en Afrique juste après la Yakoutie, ha, ha.
Une belle scène d'ensemble, bien que les femmes ont l'air un peu ennuyées, et celui qui se prête bien au jeu et qui s'intéresse vraiment à toi, c'est l'acteur principal ;).
J'aime bien les échanges des regards entre les gamins.

I can hear the claps, i can feel the warmth of the African rhytms.
The scene is quite cinematographic, thnks to the spontaneity of the moment, the beauty of B&W and the borders application. The van at the backstage adds an unwanted modernity here, yet it is almost perfectly hidden :)

Les Sénégalais sont des danseurs formidables mais je n'ai vu là bas que des adultes, aussi des fêtes spontanées et endiablées dans les quartiers pauvres... Quelle belle photo, et quel beau N&B ! Super, j'adore - les enfants sur la gauche aussi, ils sont tous trop mignons... !

Que c'est vrai ce que tu dis...et comme elle est belle cette photo! Très beau choix d'un n/b avec de beaux blancs et noirs bien denses:-), un moment de fête partagé, il y a la star évidente, le gamin au milieu (en pijama ?), et puis la petite, à croquer, tout simplement. ! Salut Francine,
un moment vraiment intéressant et surement vraiment important pour ces gens! Le petit garçon semble vraiment intense, concentré sur sa danse.
Comment ça fonctionne? L'eau arrive comment? à quelle fréquence? qui l'apporte? Désolé pour les questions qui sont sans doute un peu stupides...
Des besoins si simples, si de base et devoir se battre pour, au point où on veut danser et chanter quand on subvient à ces besoins. C'est incroyable. Merci de nous ouvrir les yeux un tant soit peu.
