Howerver "maintenance" is an acitivity that doesn't exist in the native's minds. This sort of "forget it" situation is rather common in S Tomé e Príncipe.

A really original and interesting picture again. It looks like a really empty and isolated place and you get the feeling that the boat here has been abandoned. A really fine composition and excellent positioning of the boat to the left in the picture. TFS and have a nice Sunday!

A small derelict ship, aground on your rocky beach...I tend to regret the old wooden boats, who use to rot in the dead end in Brittany or elsewhere, because they looked like the squeletons of dead sea mamals. Here the hull looks like plastic (steel would be rusted), and it will take tens of years to disappear.

Olá Rui,
Uma bela compo, com "tudo" concentrado no lado esquerdo, deixando o resto da imagem para reforçar a sensação de mar e praia infinitos. Mais uma vez, aquelas rochas cor de lama escura que "estragam" a praia, resultam muito bem na foto.
Não sei se não estarás a generalizar demasiado quanto aos "nativos não ligarem a manutenção". Duvido que o barco estivesse abandonado se fosse de gente menos endinheirada.
