Hi Christope - nice piece of HDR work here, the five exposures coming together really well here in this dwindling light setting. Like how clearly the branches can be seen in each tree and how they are spaced out and at different distances from your lens.

Nice work, and very detailed. I think you overdid the sunset part, though; the yellow looks too strong.

Hi Christophe,

Namibia is a place that is still high on my list of countries to visit. And yes, wonderful trees those Kookerboom. Must be something typical for that part of Southern Africa, since I didn't see those trees in Uganda, Sudan or Angola.
HDR's are very difficult. Well, making an HDR is not so difficult, but making a decent HDR is much more difficult. I do feel that you got a very decent result. I can live with the intense yellow, though the white 'halo' around the front tree due to sharpening is not so elegant. Vignetting at 18mm well controlled as well. Overall good work! Thanks for sharing!

Greetings,
Dennis

salut Christophe
désolé, pour moi c'est "too much", plus rien ne semble naturel ici, le hdr est bon justement quand on ne le voit pas..

bonnes fetes
