Picture taken at Etosha Park, in the North of Namibia.

We were coming back from a day in the park, observing animals and their environment.

As cars and guides are not allowed to travel in the park after sunset, we had to go back to the lodge at around 5.30 pm. But we took time to stop and watch the beautiful light crossing a sky full of clouds.

Now, some information about Etosha Park (www.namibian.org)

Etosha National Park is one of Southern Africa's finest and most important Game Reserves. Etosha Game park was declared a National Park in 1907 and covering an area of 22 270 square km, it is home to 114 mammal species, 340 bird species, 110 reptile species, 16 amphibian species and, surprisingly, one species of fish.

Hi Emmie!
Nice lines of sun rays.Specialy I like depth of field, where clouds dwindle away into nothing.
Greetings Vlado

This is lovely, Emmie...

Your idea of show this beauty scene, the sunbeams across the clouds, taking 90% of the image, and the ground below is amazing.
The ground is, in my opinion, the most important of the photo, because that makes you understand how far or high are the clouds and make the image more intense.
Very well done...

Merci.
Stéphane
