[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The ostrich, the world's largest bird, here seen on the run over one of the red dunes in the Kalahari Desert, Namibia. Our camp was situated beautifully between the dunes, we woke up at sunset hearing the lions roar. During the walks and drives we did in the surroundings, we saw many wild animals, ostrich, zebras, springbok and lions.

Nice "action photo" :) Beautiful colors and well composed.

Wow, I have never seen ostriches running wild -- what a beautiful sight!! Actually, I'd love to go to Namibia some day but never have, it sounds so wonderful. Your photo is really good, but I hope you won't mind if I do a workshop on it. I feel that the sky could be cropped and the photo sharpened more.
